Tavannes-cyma, claims the status of the largest Swiss manufacturer of precision watches.

Henri Fréderic Sandoz in 1862 created his brand. 1891 Foundation of the company Tavannes Watch CO and 1945 Creation of the company Cyma Watch Co. more than 40 million watches were produced by Cyma for the whole world.

Cyma comes from the Latin pea or summit, the logo represents the letter C of the name CYMA enveloping a map.

The proposed model is 1940 is a chronograph with two manual mechanical meters. The Dial A Crème A index ears with blue tachymmetric scale. The needles are said to be "alpha".

The chromed metal gold box measures 37 minutes in diameter, quite imposing for the time and very current today.

This is a very elegant, simple and effective chronograph watch.
